Japanese Ponzu Sauce: An Authentic Grilling Companion

Since it’s finally grilling season, I wanted to share this wonderful marinade. This is perfect as a dipping sauce and/or basting sauce for most any meat, seafood, gyoza/dumpling or vegetable. However, I think it really shines on anything grilled.

Nobu’s Famous Miso Black Cod

There is no dish that epitomizes Nobu more than Miso Black Cod. Such a simple dish, but flawlessly prepared and finished so that is has a rich crispy caramel glaze. I always order it every time I have the pleasure of visiting.
