Vietnamese Garlic Noodles: A San Francisco Classic

These Vietnamese garlic noodles are addictive and are perfect with any kind of grilled fish or meat or if I’m in the mood, sometimes I just eat them on their own.

I had a similar dish at Thanh Long, a restaurant in San Francisco, so when I came home, I tried to re-create it, and this is my best effort.

Quick Italian Garlic Pasta: Aglio e Olio

This is so simple, a classic quick meal in Italian homes. It’s a late night, “come home and throw it together after drinking” pasta called Aglio e Olio. Or as the Romans say, “Ajo e oio”. When I need a quick meal that satisfies and gives me a great garlic fix, this is it.
