Delicious Thai Choo Chee Curry Recipe

This is one of my favorite Thai curries. I first had it in the south of Thailand in Surat Thani at the bus station on my way to Phuket. It had every kind of seafood imaginable. Some of the seafood had been grilled, so it was particularly good.

Cauliflower and Potato Curry- Aloo Gobi

This is a wonderful vegetarian/vegan curry dish. It can be very hot or not depending on how you manage the chilies. I like it hot, but with a sweet and sour aftertaste.

Authentic South Indian Chicken Coconut Curry Recipe

This is a typical curry from the south of India, in that it’s spicy and it uses coconut as one of its ingredients. It can be made as a vegetarian dish, which is also very common in the south. Adjust the heat based upon the number and strength of chilies you choose.

Easy Chicken Curry with Spices and Coconut Milk

I absolutely love Indian food, as it has so many different spices and there are so many regional variations in the cuisine. This dish is prepared more in a southern style as it has coconut milk. Experiment with the level of heat, by reducing the number of chilies or by seeding them.
