Many of you know that I have been working on a cookbook for many years. Well, I am excited to announce that it is finally done. It is called “Longitude and Latitude, a culinary and photographic journey”. I am finalizing the details and making a few last minute edits, and it will soon be available for purchase online.

It is a large collection of my recipes, and complimented by my photographs. I am really happy with how it turned out and I’m already thinking about the next one.

It was published online at www.blurb.com, and I will be sending it out to other publishers and we will see what happens.

I wanted to thank all of you for your support over the years as I started and stopped and finally with one last push it was done.
